Are you working on N*L ? Most of the channels are gone from N*L, so you might have to consider Kryptview!!
Whatever you say, say nothing when you talk about you know what for if you know who might hear you, you know what youll get. Youll be sent off to you know where for you would not know how long. Maybe I could search through the threads so you dont have to ??

Hi,
I tried another aerial on the roof pictures below. Do you think it is set up correctly. http://www.bebo.com/PhotoAlbumBig.jsp?Ph...mId=10784654929
I am getting no signal at all and I think the aerial is to blame.
This aerial is a MMDS replacement Chorus aerial antenna AM G18 (with 18db gain) MMDS downconverter it is a Panorama er - 681 plus Input 2500 - 2700 Mhz, gain 38db, L.O. 1838 MHZ, N.F. 1.5 DB.
I got them from sat and cable.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi im new to this digital reciever world. im having problems with my digivox-t - it won't find any channels when scanning. I presume i have the right box as i recieved Digital TV through an ariel type reciever from ch***s.
i've installed the v4300 firmware - is this the correct firmware for Ireland?
I installed the firmware via an old PC on the provided RS232 connection using downloader10.exe - this worked.
then once i turn on the box i scan automaticially for the channels selecting the correct provider. however no channels are found can someone please help

hi tipp4liam , it could be 2 things. first 1 your downconverter i think is a uhf 1. ie it has a low of 1838 so 2500-1838 =662 so middle of first freq will be 666 so you will have to do a manual scan as the auto scan i think stops around 450 for digivox just go in to do a manual scan and put in first freq of 666 and then add 8 to each step and scan again. ie next scan 674 682 and so on. your dipole/downconverter also looks set up horizontal so make sure what ever mast your pointing at is horizontal look at neighbours otherwise you will have to turn the downconverter to vertical in the aerial.. also make sure you have the co-ax cable in right input at back of digivox it goes into the top left input marked antenna, try the manual scan anyway starting at 666...

Hi all,
I have a digivox t box connected to a power supply and a amg24 aerial.
When I do an automatic scan no channels are found.
I plugged in the aerial directly into the back of the tv and I was able to manually tune in the the 4 home channels.
I flashed the digivox t with v3300, so I think the box is ok.
Can anyone help please!!

the aerial plugs into the t box and for picture u use a scart, also make sure u switch antenna on before a scan.

Thanks Cactikid, I hooked up the aerial as you said, turned antenna on, and put scart through to the tv.
I done an automatic scan and got no channels, the scan started at 218000 and went to 370000.
If I was able to tune in 4 home channels with the aerial directly connected to the tv does that mean the aerial is working?
I checked all connections except the aerial up on the roof.
Should I start to scan further up the range.
Thanks

your getting signal from cratloe so, ok your emu is on . there is 2 ways of lining up your aerial, vertial and horizontal_, you picking up any channels at all. 100% sure your should be horizontal, your power supply is fine ya , give try deleting everything and rescan

The emu has no affiliaton to the channel scan. Your amg aerial is simply using a different downconverting frequency range than a standard ch*rus aerial. You have to manual scan as mentioned some postings above.
