revolution will most likely launch in may 2006 in Jap and US with July in europe. the gamecube controllers will probably be used to play old nes, snes and n64 games as well. the revolution will launch with some major high profile games. nearly all games will be wi-fi compatible i think in some way. launch titles could be : Animal Crossing 2, Mario Kart Extreme GP Advance Wars Elite Strike Revolution. This is all unconfirmed just me guessing.

More major info: up to 1gb compact flash memory cards. wi-fi link up with a,b and g connections. dual layer panasonic DVD as media. wireless headsets to be used for chatting and online gameplay( similar to bluetooth headsets used with mobiles). Online will be a major thing with the revolution.you may be able to subscribe to magazines, download music videos, send files to a friend, watch game trailers etc. DVD movie playback via a wireless remote. Firmware upgrades can be downloaded off the internet. The size of the revolution is in my opinion approximately the size of the slimline ps2's left side of the black glossy bit of the thick line witch says PS2 on it to the end. Slightly longer at the back.
Once again all unconfirmed. !?!?! WILL YOU JOIN THE REVOLUTION? COMING 2006. !??!

the details are sketchy on this one but it seems to follow in Luigis Mansion's footsteps. It has a co operative mode and unique multiplayer mode that is offline and online. it is still unknown if this title is a sequel to luigis mansion. Nintendo now like the idea of releasing a launch title involving luigi and then releasing a brand spanking new Mario later in the systems life, or at crucial times eg when sales are low.

Nintendo Revolution will be a brilliant console. Nintendo i believe will now receive their crown back from sony. At first the revolution was going to be a powerful console. the gamecube was the 2nd most powerful console. power is important, it helped the xbox and is now helping the ps3. i think that during intial creation of the console they were looking at making a powerful console. 3.3- 4.2 ghz processors, 10gb hard drives etc were all possibilities but now nintendo have found something better than raw power.
