Evening...
Having problems encoding an mpg1 to VCD. Here are the stats for it...
Video 352 x 240, Bitrate 1152000, 29.97 frame/sec
Audio Mpeg1, Stereo, Birate 224 kbps, Sample rate 44100
While just attempting to load it in tmpgenc plus, I instantly get "[file name] can not open, or unsupported." Just to check for other errors, I loaded it up to create a vcd in nero, and it gave me error "-stream encoding which is invalid for a [Super] Video-CD". Does anyone have any idea why I cant even load this? I have the proper MPEG plugins for Tmpegec (as far as I know). Any programs or ANY suggestions? Thanks for the tips...
