I currently have Super NES, NES, Genesis, and Game Gear emulators on my psp memory stick first you need to know what games if any are on this disc then you can figure out what you need if they are indeed psp iso's then the only way you can figure out how to use those is to fall deeper into the rabbit hole that is "Google"...

Are the games on the CD-ROM PSP Games?
Like PSP Game Name.ISO or something similar?

You just need UMD Emulator (and Device Hook)to emulate those ISOs in your PSP.

Hopefully to make it easier. Go download UMD Emulator .8C and plug in your PSP to your computer. Then drag the folders UMD Emulator (or something similar to that) and put it in the root of the PSP (the one with a folder called PSP). Then you put ISO folder next to the UMD Emulator folder. Then there is another UMDEMULATOR folder along with UMDEMULATOR%, which you put in PSP/GAME. Then just stick your ISO in the ISO folder. Hopefully your memory card is big enough and you have firmware 1.50. If you don't understand feel free to ask.

I hope this will help you:

Structure of your PSP's Memory Stick(with UMD Emulator)

PSP:\PSP\GAME\UMDEMULATOR\EBOOT.PBP ---> The UMD EMU Data
PSP:\PSP\GAME\UMDEMULATOR%\EBOOT.PBP ---> Its content is changeable using PSP Brew.

PSP:\PSP\UMDEMULATOR\CORE.BIN ---> Undeletable file
PSP:\PSP\UMDEMULATOR\MENU.BMP ---> Background for UMD EMU

PSP:\PSP\ISO\BLAH_BLAH_BLAH.ISO ---> Place your ISO(s) here.

You mean in your PSP or in your PC?

If you didn't see it in your PC, just create it!

And it's invisible in your PSP as PSP can only view files in GAME folder

Conversion is needed.

I think PSPvideo9 from http://www.pspvideo9.com is the best converter and it's user friendly.
