hi could someone please help me with my ipod... its a long story but basically its stopped working. it started freezing about a month ago and now wont let me do anything. my pc wont recognize it anymore, sometimes it will let me play but now when the battery goes flat it wont even let me recharge, it just sits on the apple logo screen. i can hear the hard drive spinning but it only spins for about 1 second then clicks and does it over and over, then eventually the 'sad' ipod icon comes up or the folder icon. so i looked at support for ipod and tryed what they say to do (put it in disk mode and so on) but it wont even go into disk mode. it only did once but wen i plugged it into my com it went bak to the apple logo and the hdd started skipping again and up comes the sad ipod icon! so pretty much its screwed but before i send it to apple i was just wondering if i cud do anything (that wont affect my warranty) to get my ipod to work just once so i can copy my songs back to my pc? i was stupid and didnt back them up :(. i know wat program to use and stuff its just my pc wont recognize my ipod atm and i really dont want to lose all my 2500 songs!
P.S sorry for bad grammar im in a rush lol
