-That is the box of the iPod video
-If it is a square box like this, it is the wrong one, it doesn't play video

Hello, Lethal B. THis is my first post and I am pretty new with technology and iPods, but I just got an iPod Video (30) an I have downloaded different videos, and converted them using Xilisoft iPod Converter, and got them into iTunes and on my iPod, but I have a problem similar with what some people have had on this forum. The audio and video are off from each other. The audio is faster than the video in my case, and it is only off by a small amount, but it is easily recongizable. It only happened to some of the videos i had, too. Some work fine. I have tried the differnt specifics/requirements that you have on the tutorial, and tried playing around with them to fix the problem, but it still doesn't work. How come some of the videos didnt have any problems? Also, do you have any advise for me in fixing this problem?
Thank You.

Kroix - on the case of the audio lag situation, sorry, but we have found no solution as of yet. If anyone can find one, I would gladly appreciate it. Until then I can only suggest trying another program. It is a strange problem though. Some people seem to get it and some people (myself included) have never experienced it... Once again, really sorry. If I manage to solve this one, you will be the first to know :)
Dyltreeno - I don't think the problem that Dhar_2 is getting has much to do with Updating...
Dhar_2 - In the link you gave, the statement says
Quote: If you see the error message below, iTunes has detected that one or more of the videos being synced from your iTunes Library are not in the correct format to be played on iPod.
Have you converted them all correctly and used the correct settings?

Thank You very much for the help. I just downloaded Videora and converted a few of the videos that would lag, and they seem to work fine now. Thank you.

is the fact that psp video 9 is making 2 files.
One extension .mp4 and another .thm????
gonna try with some other files types tomorrow.
just seems strange that the quicktime files are messing up.

Why don't you use QTPro to convert the quicktime files. It makes sense to do it that way, as you are pretty much guaranteed sucess....

was using cucusoft but on SOME movies audio/video was out of sync
.....tried different settings but it didn't change anything...started using PQ DVD and the movies that DIDN'T work using cucusoft now work with PQ DVD --- audio/video now in sync AND the conversion rate is much faster with PQ DVD than it was with cucusoft

Why did you buy the adapter? All you do is use the usb cable and charge it through your PC...
