For those of youwho bought this software and have an iPod 60GB, you will notice that the converted DVD's, once on the iPod constently freeze the iPod and then come back with no sound. My frusteration led me to contact thier support staff and I got no response. So I bought PQ DVD to iPod Converter, which I love and asked Visa to get my money back. However, today I received this email from Xilisoft, so apprently I'm not the only email they recieved:

You can get free updating. We have added several items special for 60G iPod in profile box. If your iPod is 60GB, please select the corresponding item for ?Profile?. Before installing the new downloading, please uninstall the previous one from your PC. Try again, thank you.
If you still have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me again. Since I need to know the problem clearly, I'd appreciate if you reply it directly not by creating a new email.
I downloaded the new software, but I haven't tested it yet.
