Wont let me put Videos on my iPod video

When i go to iPod options in iTunes, it says it doesnt update automatically and it wont el me change it. So i cant put videos on at all. And i have a 30 gig video. Help?

Have you converted them? Are they from the iTunes store or your own?

By the way, to turn on auto-updating, go EDIT-->PREFERENECS-->iPOD

Yeah you may need to convert them, alos maybe you have it on hold, i dont perosnaly have an Ipod video, but some MP products dont let you do anything unless you unlock/unhold them first. And im talking about the Hold/Lock button that is on the top of your ipod

Pls help...I just bought an ipod video, however, whenever I go to the ipod tab, the video options are not clickable. How do I upload videos..i'm just dying to see how it would play on my ipod. thanx a bunch!

Or look at my guide. You should use DVD Decrypter & videora. The handbrake & quicktime method will only work with mac. Besides, handbrake is rubbish.

i have the same problem, i have a 60gb ipod video. when i go to the video options in itunes, nothing is clickable and do not update is checked.
