Between 300 and 800 dollars. Whew, that narrows it down.
Yea it could sell for $600, theres alot of expencive hardware going into those things. (well, so they say)
well b/c they have a fanbase of 100 million i think if they were to sell at something like 600 dollars then it probably would sell anymore and i doubt it.
They need to be very careful with the pricing. I would guess realistically anymore than £400-500 (about $600) and they just won`t sell to anyone other than the diehard fanboys. Even then they`re pushing it, how many people in the general population know (or care) that they`re getting a bluray player as well. They`ll just see it as a very expensive console, with xbox 360 much cheaper. Ideally it`ll be £300-400, but they may well not be able to go that low on them
i'm sure that when it is first released it will be well overpriced. when the ps2 came out there was such a demand that sony couldnt supply that "private" people were selling theres for thousands of dollars. as with the ps2 i'm sure sony will not be able to meet the demand & they will probably double or triple there value on ebay. but hey here's a thought by the time it finally gets released maybe in 10-20 years time???? the average hourly wage will be up near $600 who knows? lol
forget stocks & shares just go & pre order as many ps3's as you can then get them on ebay & retire on the profits. hmmmm :-)
i think i will wait for the price to drop then buy one as with all new systems the price soon comes down.
well, i think its dumb because when the ps3 comes out so will the 360 price drop...if its £400-500...then it sucks because you can bye a 360 for £200, what retard(well i dont need to carry on)
also the fact is 360weill probably be better...if you compare the ps2 to the xbox, i guess some people might dissagre
