hey all it been a while was doing some dloading and stumbled across a irc channel that u dload movies from only pro is my 1.5mb dload and 256k upload is 20-27k dl;oad and 18k upload. ive set up my router tried everything on the site nothing increasing my speed in irc (every where else supurb even limewire) was wondering if any1 had any tips suggestions or sites as to where i can go to increase both dloads and uloads...

Kay, lemme xplain this - IRC downloading is done generally thru bots (servers running on someone's pc, usually hacked/hijacked PCs). Said bot is often serving(sending) files to multiple ppl at the same time thus slowing down the overall speed. There isnt alot you can do to make the bot send to you any faster aside from hacking the bot, taking over and kicking off everyother user :P Well you can find a bot that isnt as crowded, isnt being run on some poor smuck's home DSL line with average upload speed.
