So how about posting it or linking to it so everybody else can enjoy it too? You need to give back to the forums too.

lxfactor updates this thread regularly:
http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/1/291526 If you noticed lxfactor on 2/21 lxfacor said: Quote: fight night round 3 already have the DNAS
, and he added the following to the first page of this thread:
Fight Night Round 3 (SLUS_213.83) NEW
(Size = 6,571,540 bytes)
Disc ID = XX XX 00 30 D4
So nooberguy finally looked at the first page of the thread, and low and behold, lxfactor pulling through like he promised.
Maybe I am missing something or maybe I am really confused... but this DNA$ has been available since 02/21/2006. Is it a bad DNA$?
lxfactor, thank you and keep up the good work! Now how about some MLB '06: The Show online action!
We in the streets playa, getcha mail

That was directed at nooberguy. I wasn't aware he continually updated the first page of the thread. That's the way to do it lxfactor. Nice thread. Good to see someone taking some initiative with these DNA ID's. The other NTSC DNA ID thread is a mess. A lot of people complain about things, you're actually doing something about it. Kudos. AD needs more members like you.

MLB'06 the show added check first page.. also for toca...
Toca Race Driver 3 - This has protection. So a DNA$ is pointless. As with TOCA/DTM Race Driver 2, it will pass DNA$, but you cannot createa new, or log into an existing, GameSpy account. There is no way around this.
and thanks everyone.. im just here to help!

Man someone is going to have to find a way to get around this problem. More than likely TOCA Racer or Driver whatever the name is protected by the same thing that Socom 3 was protected for when trying to get the backup copy online.

If that's the case, there's not much to be done. Socom 3's online server check has to check something on the original disc, that can't be replicated with a copy. The BCA area of the disc contains copyright info for the game. That's the area of the disc the PS2 checks to authenitcate an original game every time the disc tray is opened or closed. Hence why you need a mod wired into the motherboard (modchip) or a boot disc with a case mod (Swap Magic), to get around the copy protection check. Commercial burners can't write to the BCA area of a disc, hence why a 1:1 copy of a game won't work on an unmodded PS2. Only a press burner can write to that area of the disc, and they're 10,000's of dollars. So if the online server check is in that area, no patch, crack, hack, or mod is going to make a difference. There's no way to get around that except by owning an original copy or a press burner.

WinDip Is a great program. Works almost everytime! Great list too, save sometime for me having to figure out the DNAS.

@ Tokijin
So your saying you have a technique that allows you to play your backup copy of Soccom III online? If so what is it?

No just the opposite. I'm saying if the online server checks the BCA area of the disc, it is impossible to play a backup online without a press burner. The only way to play Socom 2 or 3 online is with an original.

Never say never if there's a way to play a backup of any other game then the is surely a way to play Soccom 3 or any other one also. I'll work with it and find one.

Well sure there's a way. Buy a press burner and get it to burn a copy that'll work online, or simply buy an original.

Ok heres how I got it.....
under DHCP Client list there are 2 MAC addresses
The one that starts with 00 04 1F is my PS2 and the one for the CPU is the other one. the IP that is directly across from my ps2 is 192.168.1.3
soo......
I went to DMZ, enabled it and made the zone 192.168.1.3 (same as ps2 under DHCP Client)
This is the only game I have struggled with online. Madden, NCAA, 25 to LIfe work perfectly.

hmm... well if it gets past the DN@S check then im not sure what the problem is... sometimes games get like that tho.. for instence.. i made a back up of raw 06 and i had a backup and my friend had an original.. but both me and him kept getting kicked off.. so it was a server issue..
also i forget who but someone said they like windip 1.7, man i love it too.. better then those retarded programs over at ps2nfo.. i got banned from there for telling someone to use windip.. windip comes from a rival website lol..
also don't try to find a way with socom.. alot of experts have tried.. and you are just going to end up getting banned... i myself have purchased the game.. also theres updated 3000kb on ur mem card u have to download.. i think it has specific information so that only originals can play on it...
oh and here ill use my siggie

Yeah I got banned from PS2nfo.com as well. I got banned for posting links about how to patch LibCrypt protected PSX games. They're retaded, apparently you get banned for mentioning HD Loader as well. It's funny because PS2nfo.com's patchers are clearly ripoff's of Windip, and HD Advance is a rip off of HD Loader. If they're going to support software, at least support the originals. Their elitist attitude will be their downfall. I mean look at their members, when they need help, they come here. I think that says it all. Off topic, sorry back to DNA's. Cheers!
