it's the memorex DVD-R 16X...
so 'i'm not sure if this creates the problem.
or if my outdated Swap magic 2.0 needs some upgrades.

darknss read the first page!
use windip
and HRaizer
are you talking about just a regular backup of a ps2 game? if so please use the search option instead of posting something that someone already has... also we don't support PS2NFO...

how does one patch an iso with the dnas code. are the codes that are posted the full codes? or just parts?
is there a proggy (or proggies) that does both or each? 1. show dnas code and patch iso with it?

HEy lxfactor maybe I should have cleared myself a bit, but I am trying to make it on-line compatible, now I'v never tried it before, so this is my first game that i do FOR ON-LINE, I did the searches I followed to guides, I did straight burn(with patch), I rebuilt it (with pathc,)all 3 efforts were a no go. NOW i need help not a lecture about to do search cause been there doen that!
I use Verbatime -R, burn with both Nero and Decrypter at 4X speed, like i said in the other post never had a problem till now, with this game and Solide snake. So PLEASE help!

okay here is what you do...
make a backup of a game..
so u have a large image file (iso, mds) usually iso
use windip 1.7 its on the first page...
select the image file you wish to patch (game.iso)
verify it.. if it has a dnas the boxes in windip will allow you to type in them..
insert the DNAS id you find on page one...
but replace the fist 2 sets of XX with anything from A - F 0 - 9..
after its patched with windip...
burn at 2x (or 4) with your favorite burning program (alcohol, decrypter)
ps2nfo's method is alot more complicated then this.. so don't worry about what their forums say... just follow that and u should be fine

Full Spectrum Warrior Ten Hammers (SLUS_212.50)
Disc ID: XX XX 00 30 64
its not officaL meaning no verification.. it still may work.

I did use windip 1.7 and it did say it was patched..this is the exact MSG...Quote: "'DNAS300.IMG;1' is PATCHED, it matches patch (300)."
...now when I go to burn it and run it I get the red screen ...NOW if I put the WRONG DNAS code can it trigger the game to malfunction? but I doubt that I put the wrong one because I enetered the digits correctly....XX XX 01 30 DC......Right?....And I did do the step by step with Decrypter both imaging and burning!...like I said I'v done hundreds of regular burns before but for my first attempt to do an on-line one... hahah seems to get to me!
