Like I said, that's what I heard, from Mr. Kutaragi in an article. Notice how I said 'imagine', that clearly shows I didn't take his word seriously. I think if you started thinking with your brain for a change, you would have understood that. When it comes to games, quality over quantity is no more or no less than an opinion.

What started out as a decent thread (xbox360 tech issues) turned into a thread that would be more at place on Nicolodeon
what is it with this "yours sucks, mine is better " crap
can you please explain to me why people take up bandwidth just to moan like a bunch of old farts, or act like 5 year olds.
I believe any new console will have problems in some regard, there isnt one in history that hasn't. I personally think the 360 has been designed very well, I havent had any issues to speak of at all. If youre getting lag on xbox live, maybe you should check your own cable etc first.
Please can we use the forum for what it was intended for, instead of "xbox sucks, xbox360 sucks, ps2 sucks, ps3 sucks, mine is better than yours, my dad can fight your dad" etc

first off games make the system nothing else does
secondly ps3 has like 20+ games aready on scheudle for launch
and if ps3 does well at least better the 360 sony will have the only console on the market besides the revolution beleive it or not microsoft has failed on 2 consoles already sony has done very good with 2(ps1,Ps2) and fairly good with the (psp)

yes it did...
edit** i'm not saying which console is better, because I think it is irrelevant. the actual system, however, is quite comparable to the PS2 and was equipped the same as the PS2 in terms of online play.
Nintendo just didn't persue online play as avidly as, say, Microsoft did.

ok the ps2 is better beacuase i think i will have more fun playing ps2 on the entire 2006 year than xbox 360 ,even though i dont have an xbox 360 i have played it at walmart and i will stick with my ps2 for now xbox 360 just doesnt look interesting at all and with LIvE you need to pay to play online and i dont pay to play online no matter how good the service is or maybe i will in the future but still.
year 2006 ps2 is going to be better than xbox 360.

LOL. I am no fanboy, I have never said 'dur xbox360 is nothing cuz its from microsoft' or something along those lines. I have never said that the Xbox360 was poorly designed either. I stick by Sony's products not as a fanboy, but rather them making products that have almost always been perfect for me. Why I say almost, is because I ended up buying that DVD remote that comes with an IR sensor for the PS2, and I ended up biting my tounge when my PS2 started to not play my DVDs well. And who knows, maybe I will get the Xbox360 later, we'll just have to see what else is in store for us. And hey, I'll even admit that XBOX Live is one hell of an online experience compared to what PS2 offered (my friend has Xbox Live and he's showed me almost everything about it).

mudearies, if the only time you have played the xbox 360 is at a shop where the controllers are attached and you have not played online and you have not seen xbox live arcade or xbox live marketplace or the themes. and thats not even in detail if i did go into it properly i could explain that i have already played fightnight 3 and fullauto and they have not even been released, etc.
also i am guesing you have no idea on what games are to come for the xbox 360 in 2006, everybody will seeand then you will realise.

1. The objective of being next gen it to have some thing out there that is not standard. So if a triple core cpu is not needed then the Sony PS3 cell chip is also not needed.
2. Bluetooth was design for secure wireless transmitting. This is why it gain so much fame in a short time, but Bluetooth have a lot a problem the is not being said also unless you are trying to hide you controller input then there is no practical use for Bluetooth if wi-fi can do the same thing.
3. Bluray is a great media format and I want it to come out for pc, but as for a console concern it does not matter. As of not there is not a game that use 9.5 gigs of data for a console not saying it won't be like that in the future.
4. This is a market that live to show off in order to keep there market shares up high. So to think that Sony is hiding something good behind it back is a laugh. Sony has lost many little companies to the fact that it cost too much to make a game on their system. Also if Sony do have something so good to hide what make you think that Microsoft do not have to hide themselves.
5. The bottom line is this, Microsoft and Sony are both just bullies and have a bigger agenda in mind, Sony want to own the media storage business and Microsoft want to own the OS business and it just so happen the to own that business you must do it through the video game market in order to catch the next gen of people.

The only thing that sucks about the 360 is the fact that I have to wait until August for EA to blow me away with a good football game since they ripped us all off by taking out the competition! No Challenge the Play? Talk about rushing a game! However Call of Duty is Unreal and blew my mind I have almost beat it and it has been loads or (Heaps) of fun and I can wait for Saints Row and it won't be long now a grand theft auto type game where you can go into any building you want? Cool! And when the Mighty PS3 releases you think all the hype will be on it? Wrong! It will be on Master Chief in Halo 3!! Wow I can't wait...
