i tried using this method on cso files i already have by umcopressing them to iso and then following this method and it doesn't work. do u know of a way to compress cso files such as bleach 4, rachet and clank and metal slug anthology; all of them are 720

You guys should try using PSP ISO Compressor Ver. 1.4
It will compress Initial D to 597 MB (610 MB on the PSP)

umm yeah already cso's, if you decompress them, ive tried this, for some reason it only works on original iso's, probably because when you decompress files are not where they used to, and they need to be rearenged, i think ? or they're already compressed to their maximum extent, really dont know, and that other one compresses them to the same size "597 MB (610 MB on the PSP)" so i guess either method works! use the one you like most... im glad it helped tho :)
and that other method i will look for it tommorow i remember using it but i lost the programs after i reformated my computer, but at least i know such a methods exist, try searching for it

excuse me i have a psp 3.03 OE-C and i was trying to run initial d without any UMD but when i try to start the game it just stuck in black screen but when i try to run tekken 5 it works can someone please help me...i want to play initial d

you have an umd loader? best suggestion is try to run the game with a umd inside your psp and if it don't work then you probably have a corrupt file or you need to upgrade to 3.4oe. Im pretty sure its the file. Probably an eboot file is missing or so. At least thats what happened to me when i deleted it.

i think initial D is just one of those games No-UMD has got to be disabled, and a UMD has got to be in the psp, a "GAME" umd, remeber the no umd mode isn't perfect

You need a game UMD in the PSP to play it.

You need to use CWCheat. Its a homebrew thing for PSP, it has a huge database of cheats and can be used with a lot of games.

am i at a huge disadvantage using AT transmission? im pretty lazy and the game is crazy enough to have to worry about manual transmission.

Yes. Auto is garbage. Even with manual you can still go faster without the techniques. But you also need to know shift points so tell me what car your driving and i can give you the shift points.

one question i have is, is there gonna be a second game? anyone played stage 4 in arcade yet? dam i bricked my psp, returned then now i got 3.40, gonna get lumines soon. i cant play initial d for a long time kuz i only got the CSO. dam. so bored now adays. then back to school next week tuesday. fck. boring. need my custom FW sorry for going on with my problems but yeah im bored so internet is all i got now... one last question, on akina does the first few gutters on the course matter, or only the ones on the hairpins? thanks.

I doubt there will be a second game. And all the gutters count. Especially RHOD. Gutter in last turn is very important also. 2nd RHOD.
