Cant seem to get DVD to play using ipod DVD converters

I have tried PQ DVD and Cucusoft's DVD to Ipod converter but the problem I am having happens when i try to use either program. I insert my DVD into my drive and test it for skipping in a regular DVD program. It works. i then TRY to open it using PQ DVD and it either skips around, the picture is distorted, or it says, this DVD could not be loaded. what is going on here? I have the latest Direct x.

I had a similar problem with the movie Troy. For me the skiping didn't matter. It still copyied fine. It just takes a very long time. (I have not acually done the whole thing. I did it with a 5min trail test)

Terzin1 - does this happen with all the DVD's you try, or just the one. It could be the DVD (player) that is the problem, or your Decoder..as it is uncommon for two renowned converters such as the aforementioned to both fail to work..

no, this has happend on quite a few dvds of mine, alot more have failed on me than worked. I dont understand how it could play fine with windows media player or powerDVD or whatnot but not play in PQ DVD.

Try changing the decoder, and see if you get a better response.
