i have PQ Dvd to Ipod converter and having problem opening the program it crashes with error messeges....please help ASAP thank you

Could we have a little specificity on the error messages.. i.e, what do they say? Have you tried re-installing the program?

I have ended up uninstalling it and it's still messed up parts of my computer since adding the program. Everytime i try to play an .AVI file WMP crashes and i have to control/alt/delete to unfreeze that and the folder the file is in. Even clicking once on the file it hangs. Not sure what to do as i've tried to uninstall WMP10 and all that did was 'rollback' to WMP9.
