alright, so i converted a movie for ipod. the file is ready to put on the ipod. so how do i do that using iTunes? and one more thing. when, in iTunes, i go edit, preferences, video, i cant select any options? help....

Drag the .mp4 file into your iTunes library, or select 'Add File to Library' from the 'File' menu and select the encoded movies. Then, load the movies to your iPod by clicking 'File -> Update iPod'.

yeah, just be sure that the file is .mp4 before doing this or else it wont work.
