Synchronizing Contacts with Microsoft Outlook 2003

I am having trouble synchronizing some contacts to my iPod using Office Outlook 2003! I go File==> ?Import and Export? and it give me these choices!


I select ?Export to file? since that is the only export option!
I then get this screen.

I don?t see export to vCard so that?s why I?m here now!
Are my first steps right?

Oh one more thing!

Is this box you type Notes in?


Because when I type something in that box the information doesn?t show up on my iPod when I use iTunes to Synchronize my contacts!

I also have photos for some contacts that don?t get synchronized with iTunes!

Summery-
Photos of Contacts and Notes about the Contact don?t get updated with iTunes when using Microsoft office outlook 2003?

Notes about a Contact do get updated with iTunes when using Outlook express!

How do I manually synchronize contacts from office outlook?
