no image with a VCD

All of you get no sound......... I get no image and no sound.
I have downloaded a TMMVCDle, I play it on a vcd player (quick VCD, media player...).
I can see the time goes on, but no image , no sound. what do I have to do?
I also try with burning the file. nothing.
help!

It's a bogus file ...there has been alot of bogus files going around of spiderman..star wars ,etc,etc. how do I know this I have tried every codec out there even angelpotion ...but none worked......
