IFOedit and DVD2ONE speed

I've backed up nearly 150 of my DVD's and I've been using Ifoedit in combination with DVD2One. I know this is overkill but I like to see if I can just strip it down to one disc size first before I use DVD2One. Anyway, DVD2One used to take 20 minutes or so on my PC (1.7ghz Pentium 4). Then all of a sudden the other day it slowed considerably to where it take over an hour! Also Ifoedit takes at least 3 times as long as well. Even the image maker in ifoedit slowed to a crawl. Anyone have any ideas as to why and how to fix?

when was the last time you defragmented. i had similar prob and went away after defrag
