Judging by the price, I would say your better off buying one from a more reputable retailer. They arn't very expensive [$20] and you'll be sure it works and won't fry your iPod with incorrect voltage levels.

A good friend of mine let the smoke out of the wires on his iPod from useing an ebay charger!
