okay i brought a ipod nano during spring break it was fine but all of a sudden its been screwing up like crazy mabey once every hr getting worse and worse so do u think i should send it to apple or do u think i can get a exchange at where i brougth it even thought its been over 1month (best buy...doubt it)

Try restoring it using the apple updater, then that should fix the problem. ;-)

thanx mate for that but i have literaly tried everything now this time its totaly buggered up i switch it on and it stays on the apple sign for hours until the battery runs out then i have to restore it and do everything again. When i think everything is okay.. i switch it on and same thing happens so basically i think i am eaten shitted out and pissed out and then eaten again then diryahed out. Thats how i feel.

The iPod sounds faulty, if you don't have an iPod store near you, you can also mail it in. When it is stuck on the Apple logo you might want to try resetting it by holding Menu and the center button. Won't exactly fix the problem but could get you around it.

thank you guys very much took it back to a apple store in durhum NC and they said they wouldnt swap it out only repair for it for a fee. So after 30mins of shouting at them and putting down the "man" they decided to give me a shing new white 4gb ipod nano.THANX ALOT!
