ok i charge my iPod mini all the way and the battery wastes to fast.i donk know what wrong with it can someone please help me.i charge the iPod all the way but it discharges really fast like an hour or two.i turn it on and sometimes says its discharged and then turn it back on and it says its full and discharges right away.PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all how long have you had your iPod Mini? If your iPod is about 2 years old or has been used quite often than the battery is discharged and you will need to get a new battery. 2nd do you have the latest iPod Updater Installed which would be "iPod Updater 2006-03-23 which

My daughter has just told me that she has a similar problem with her mini. She turns it on after its been on charge overnight and then the battery level just drops. I know that she uses hers a lot so I am thinking that she will need a new battery installed, sound likely?

yes i charge it but the battery dies really fast.you cant last an hour with it on beacause it turns off.

I think the battery problems are quite different and unique in most cases. I have come across this article on Zolved. Hope this helps you identify the issue and resolve

Thanks for that but its been left on charge all night. I will ask her to leave it on charge for a long time & see if it still does it, gotta be worth a try!

well, I left it on charge for over 24hrs & within 2 mins of turning it on the battery died (or something did). Have got a new battery coming off Amazon.
