Hey, I have most of my music in itunes on my laptop. It is in AAC Audio File's. I am about to buy a new mp3 walkman like the ZEN vision M or something, I want to know will my music transfer. I have like 3500 songs (Lot of importing time that took, i wounld't want to do it again).
Cheers, Rob

to get your songs onto a Zen or a non-Apple brand player you would have to locate the song files and load them onto Windows Media Player or whatever other software you would use. iPod's are the only mp3 players that will work with iTunes.

But would i not have to change the file type because i don't think the zen or iaudio or any of the other mp3 players work with AAC files.

Yes you would have to change the audio type too. The easiest way to do this is select all your songs(Ctrl+A), then click "convert selection to MP3", than once you do this you will get a duplicate of each song so you would have 3500x2=7000 songs. 3500 in AAC and 3500 in MP3. Than you can use the mp3 songs

Just something to consider...Some so called experts say that converting from one lossy format to another (your case AAC to MP3) will result in quality loss. If you have an excelent hearing, maybe you will notice it.

If I always hear voices surrounding me, does it mean Im crazy or that I hear in Dolby 5.1?

Hey, I have sorted my problem out, so maybe i can help you. If you are using itunes and you want to convert the files to mpeg audio files and are not getting that option. Go to the 'edit' menu select 'preferances', select 'importing'. Change the 'import using' option to whatever file type you want to convert to, then you will get the option. You can also set the quality or size you want them to be converted to here in the 'setting' option. Hope this helps.
