Ok i bought swap magic 3.6 but will be getting it until tuesday or wednesday as i bought it off trademe (www.trademe.co.nz) and i burned fight night round 3 and it didnt let me burn it at 4x and it went maxinum,my dvd drive is a 16x, burned the image and i was wondering how to make it speed at 4x.im only new to this.

yeah thanks im glad to see another new zealander here.By the way i bought my swap magic 3.6 copy off trademe, need to wait until tuesday-friday until i recieve it.I have lots of experience of copying PC Games and DVD Movies and have very little experience with this backup with ps2 games.

I think you are the third kiwi I've seen on this site, good to know more's coming here! :)

It's quite similar with PS2 games, except with swap magic some games you'll need to rebuild them, but as far as burning goes, have a look in the link I gave you above and you should be ok.

thanks, well i still need to wait for my copy, but i was wondering if you can find me a guide or know how you work with this ps2 model i have. i have a SCPH-50002 fat ps2 model and its V9, dont know what im gonna use? would i still use the slide tool, i dont wanna take the front part off the tray as its my grandfathers. before i thought you just put the disc and it installs into the ps2 memory.

Just get a screwdriver and carefully remove the front part (I just ripped it out when I used swap magic), yeah you need the slidetool, instructions can be found on http://www.swapmagic3.com/ otherwise the guy who you bought this off should give you an instruction sheet anyway

by the way i thought your not supposed to use printable discs as they wont work well?, Will EMTEC work for cds?

is there any other dvd brands or cd brands that will be good to use? all i got is like $20?
