I have used Videora and copied a movie to my I Pod mpeg video 4, it plays fine but about every 20secs the picture freezes for a few seconds then after this the video plays but with no sound! If you fast forwards the sound starts againg then after 20 secs the same problem arrises! Any help would be muh appreciated Jon

You need to upgrade the firmware because, as I assume, you have 1.1 currently and the newest version (1.1.2) has fixed these problems.

Download here: http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/

Simply download the updater, plug in your iPod and open the program, then simply press 'Update'.
