I converted my downloaded XviD to a VCD with subs following the "Convert DivX to VCD with subtitles" guide on this site.

But when I'm looking to the movie (the mpg file created after the Tmpgenc process), the subs sometimes don't show up : I have +/- 10 min with subs, then 10 min without, again 10 min with, .....
When watching to the original XviD, the movie and the subs are OK.
