CloneDVD 2 can't preview some files, don't know what they are

Using latest version of CloneDVD 2. I'm burning The Da Vinci Code but I notice this in a lot of other dvds as well. When I'm in the Title Configuration page where I can preview the files, there are usually 1 or 2 files that are around half an hour in length (in the Da Vinci Code there are 2 files and they both have the same time length). When I try to preview these files it just shows a black screen but it is playing and I see in the lower left of the screen-- Chapter 1 (removed), Chapter 2 (removed), etc. There is no video or audio. What are these files? Are they the director's commentary or deleted scenes? The list says it has 78 chapters. The main movie only have 24 chapters so what could this be? Usually I just like to burn the main movie with subtitles, but if the DVD has deleted scenes or director's commentary I would like the choice of keeping them but I can't if I don't know what the files are.
