Who Plays their PS3 on a non HD TV???

I have been having issues with my PS3 since I brought it home. Basically some of the games(Fight Night 3, NBA 2K7, and Resistence) all have little silver dots on the screen when I play them. Some screens are wosre than others. Ridge Racer plays fine and looks fine.

Now I was told by some on the site that it is because my TV does not have HDCP. I have tried on my HD TV as well as my non HD TV and both have silver thingys.

My manager here at work just picked one up this weekend and hooked it up to their non HD TV and he says they have no silver thingys on the screen.

Is this actually an issue with my PS3 and not my TV? ANyone else having issues with silver thingys all over the screen??

Played mine on both a HDTV and my non HDTV, no silver dots here..

yea Im starting to think I have a bunk PS3 and it has nothing to do with TV not having HDCP like some have mentioned.

I guess I can look into returning it, but that thing that will suck is I will lose all my save data on the hard drive(I guess thats the downfall of not having memory cards).
