itunes 7 trouble please help ipod problem

Hello when i try to download itunes 7 it says Itunes could not be installed because visual basic script(vbscript) is not installed or has been disables. Make sure VBscript is installed, turn off scipt blocking in anti-virus and personla firewall software, re-register VBscript, and then install itunes. What should i do? Where can i download VBscript?
