Thanks for the Email address corgar.
Have now had a confirmation email from MG that goods have been dispatched and a personal apology from Moon.
Looks like they're still 'in business'.
Hopefully my M3s will be here by Tuesday - I'll let you know.

My cards came this morning, next day delivery so to speak!
However, I ordered and paid for M3 Real and got M3 Simply.
Think I'll just cut my losses, accept them and not use MG again.

I returned a faulty cartridge to this company at the beginning of December and have yet to hear anything, despite many emails. I have now threatened Small Claims Court action and will see where this leads. It's worked with other companies in the past where I've gone ahead with this type of action.

following on from my 31/1/08 message. ordered 3xr4 revolution nds cartridges & 3x2GB kingston microsd cards from addict supplies 5/2/08 and delivered by special delivery 7/2/08. excellent service and a very competitive price at £112.46. will definitely use them in the future as have completely lost confidence in model-gadget.

i ordered a swap magic for a friend about 4 weeks ago never recieved any indication they have accepted the order but they have taken the money from my bank tried to contact lots of times no reply up to now very dissapointed and looks like out of pocket from using this site. I have used them before and everything was okay tried to phone answer machine only and i see they have no swap magics on the site anymore feeling very diddled here but have not been waiting as long as some of u guys

just to join in, i too am dissatisfied with mike at model-gadget, having oedered 2x m3ds cards along with 2x 1gb micro cards.
they were xmas presents but i knew i might not get them in time, after ordering them on 19 december and being relieved of the cash soon after they turned up on january 3rd minus the micro cards which renders the m3ds useless.
here we are now 15th febuary after 8 or 9 emails to all his addresses and 20 phones calls to a phone thats never switched on still without the 2 micro cards that i paid for 2 months ago and no contact.

i think we have been ripped off by model gadget they have taken our money and not received any thing since jan 23 cant get in touch with them they wont answer any emails.

I had an immediate response from MG, once I used the e-mail address posted on the forum by Corgar. I was offered a full refund or the goods to be despatched immediately. I received both M3 cards and micro sd's the following morning. I haven't had a chance to check the goods as I have been away, but I am relieved I am no longer out of pocket. Thanks for all your support, and a huge thanks to Corgar, without your help I feel I would still be waiting!

wether any of you guys are still hanging around this forum even though youve received yr goods like me, i want to ask if any of you have used the co ds-memory.net? i had a link sent to me from this thread to them. i ordered dstt monday using paypal, and then had to send them paypal payment seperatley which is wierd to me.havent had email saying goods were dispatched or anything yet. 5 days later. i really hope i wont have the same bad luck as we all did with model gadget! FINGERS CROSSED FOR ME!
