CUCUSOFT Ipod Video converter not working - Run Time Error Please help!

I just purchased the Cucusoft iPod Video Converter + DVD to iPod Suite > (8889-7) and started DVD to IPOD conversion. I was successful in converting the DVD movie to MP4 and onto my IPOD. However, when I started converting MPG and AVI files using the ipod video converter I blew up with "run time error". Each time I click on the convert button, a runtime error dialogue box appears on the screen as shown below.

Runtime Error
Program: C: Progrram Files\Cucusoft\Ipod-Converter\MP4Converter.Exe
Contact the Application Support Team

I Uninstalled the software and remove all the files from the cucusoft folder and reinstalled from cucusoft website. Same thing,it blew up with the same error. My request for tech support has always been unsuccessful. They don't respond at all. Please help !!!

You can download 'iPod video Converter + DVD to iPod Converter suite'(latest version) to install again.
