Also in some images there are 2 folders with cables.xml. One of them seems to do nothing so if you replace it there nothing will happen.

Are there other chorus scans you can try?
my cable.xml has chorus cable and chorus bruteforce.
If you need it pm me your email. I have combined benifa's & mgb17's & sadams cables into one big one.

my cable.xml has chorus cable and chorus bruteforce.
If you need it pm me your email. I have combined benifa's & mgb17's & sadams cables into one big one.
have tried every provider and chorus bruteforce gives me 20 channels and chorus cable gives me 32 is it because im in limerick and i need to change something else?

Try the cables.xml from irish7.zip and choose chorus cable.

have cables.xml from irish7.zip and have selected chorus cable and then tried chorus bruteforce also out of the 32 stations i do receive,i dont pick up any of the 4 irish stations and none of the s*y movies or sports

I emailed you my cables, but reading that you might have no luck since it is probably the same.
I have found somedays I get no channels on NTL due to the work they are doing, or they come in at different settings when I check my service.xml.
Best bet might be getting a service.xml file from somebody in your area on chorus.

Deleting the scan.conf file did the trick. Everything is fine now.

Without frequency such a list makes not sense.
The frequencies which were found are interesting.
I guess 3 or 4 were found.

Cork is a other story. Chorus in Cork is covered in the cables.xml.
Without feedback about the used frequencies in Limerick/Naas its not possible to change anything.

Do a manual scan and set the freq at 00348. SR at 6875 and the scan.This will clear all the channels.

Try this cables.xml and reboot your box after uploading.
Try first chorus cable and then chorus bruteforce.
Download the services.xml from/var/tuxbox/config/zapit for the method which deliver more channels and post the frequencies.
Only the frequencies. The channels are not so interesting.

Hey.
Havent done a scan in a few months. Notice my Men&M0tors is not available anymore. Any new channels available on NTHell in Dublin recently? What about skie m0vie5 SD1 and SD2, these available?

when i do a fast scan via cable uk sym6887 i get 107 channels however when i do a manual scan via the same channel i get nothing.why would that be?

It looks like you are hoping for a miracle.
With your image its only possible to do a complete scan with a matching cables.xml.

mgb17 thanks very much for your help so far,tried your test cables file,chorus cable got nothing,chorus brutforce got 20 1st time tried again left it searching away came back around 3 hours later and it had 61 channels found,i posted the sevices.xml file that i got after the scan at the link below

just got a sagem x 1. It came with sportster but I could only get the radio channels and TV3! Anywho, I have now put comando 8.2 on. I have set my location to Dublin, done a bruteforce scan and still no channels. Every channel I try I get decode pending. Any words of wisdom would be very much appreciated.
I have also tried entering keys in keylist.txt as posted earlier and I downloaded irish.zip and loaded the cables.xml.
