Can I please get some feedback on Cucusoft iPod Video Converter 5.02 I want to buy it... but im scared... reading some of the comments from Download.com -
Can any one help me with this?
Well, there are only 3 "user reviews" for the Converter and 2 for the Suite...so I wouldn't let that get you down.
Also, it appears (after reading the comments the left)that they didn't have the slightest clue what they were doing anyway. All the complaints were regarding customer service. If you buy the product...you will plenty of technical support in forums such as this one.
I am getting my iPod next week and buying the Cucusoft Suite on Monday.

Or you can try free converters like handbrake(Mac), Videora iPod Converter, SUPER, hope it helps.
Yes the ipod mananger built-in function is really great, makes things easier for us
