If they're in mpeg4 use can use Vision to convert them to dvd compliant.

Here's a guide for avi's but you can use it for the different formats that Vision supports. guide.

If you don't need to convert them just want to burn to disc to save or whatever then use burning rom or express and pick data dvd.
