Hey whats up guys, I just got a new Ipod Video. I have 5 vids in the movie section, but when I press apply for it to Sync into my Ipod, it says... The iPod "My Ipod" cannot be synced. The disc could not be read from or written to.

you should post your question in the ipod discussion forum ;)
you need to convert your video to mp4 or h264 format which ipod only accepts, see this forum guide of cucusoft, give it a try.
