how do put videos and movies on my ipod

Once the video is on your computer, you will need to convert it to MPEG-4 format, which is the format the iPod uses for all videos. To do this, download Videora iPod Converter, which is free, and can be found here:

Converting the video is pretty straightforward, and once you're done converting the video, import it into iTunes, then sync to iPod.
