I just burned a VCD from a file I downloaded. The file was a .bin file, but it wont play on my dvd player. I thought I could rip it back onto my computer and convert it for my ipod. an ideas?

You can extract the video from the disk.
It's in the MPEGAV folder and the file is AVSEQ01.DAT
Add .mpg to the file (it's an mpeg-1)

You can try converting it with Super©
Drag the file onto the window and select an output container.
IPod is listed , but I don't have one to test.
