I bought this program and so far works fine, my question to you tech guys out there with a little more experience than me is, Do you get better quality video ripping DVD's from a CD-RW using programs like this or better quality video ripping DVD's from a DVD Burner using a program like this. Does it Matter?

Next question: This program gives a list of different formats to rip the DVD, I just want to know which one is the best format to use?

I am not sure if I understand wht you are asking, but what I am hearing is kinda "can you get oranges off an apple tree"? What do you mean to rip a DVD from a CD-RW?

Well, what do you want to use it for? If you use it for your iPod, I guess you use the one that your player supports. A different player might support a different format.
