HELP!!!!!! After using the cucusoft trial version which worked perfectly i bought the software. Now seconds into the dvd it crashes and shuts down. I have mailed the"support" repeatedly to no avail.

I then tried avex. It either records with no sound or freezes half way through and I get a key exchange msg. Avex support instructed me to download directx 10 and loats of other software, I still had the same problems>I mailed them the log files as requested and they told me to use differnt settings. None of the "fixes" they have sent me work.

Can anymore help me sort out either of these programmes or recommend one that really does work
