IPOD transfer?

Can anyone help with finding the way to transfer the video files from my limewire pro into itunes? Is there any other way to trandfer a video from limewire? I can not get it into an outside file, it will stay in limewire and not transfer into the file of my choice. I read past threads but was unable to locate a similar problem. I am using windows vista and limewire pro. I have the cucusoft ipod video but it can not find files in the limewire? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
