Can't get video to work on Ipod 30GB

I put a podcast on to my ipod but when i try to play it back its no where to be found. i looked in the movies, music videos, tv shows, and podcast section but its not there. The only way i was able to play it back was by looking in the most recently added playlist thing. but now i cant even get the video off the ipod. Can someone help me?
