Okay, I have a movie that is split into multiple videos (Parts 1-5). I successfully put them onto iTunes and onto my iPod, and I created a playlist containing all five files. I can go onto my iPod, in the video menu, and play them each individually by selecting them in the "Movies" menu, or I can go all the way down into the playlist and play them individually, BUT:
1: If I just go into the main "Video Playlists" screen, (Where it lists the names of all the playlists) and click Play on the playlist I want, it won't autoplay like for music. Instead, it tries playing but says "0 of 0" and just has a blank screen.
2: If I go into the playlist, (Where it lists the names of each individual video) I can play the videos by themselves, but they won't link together. Once the one I select ends, it will go back to the menu instead of starting the next one.
This is what I want it to do, but it's not doing: I want to be able to go into the playlist menu and click Play on my playlist, and have it play all five videos in succession.
My iPod nano plays all videos in a playlist as long as the system-wide "shuffle" setting is OFF, and the system-wide "repeat" setting is OFF or ALL. To play the videos in succession from first to last, center-click on the playlist, and then center-click on the first video in the list. If the system-wide "repeat" setting is ALL, the video sequence will repeat, starting with the first entry in the list.
