Hey guys ive been trying to solve this problem that ive been having and ive searhced alot of fourms and seems like alot of us are having the same problem:
Problem:
Itunes does not accecpt the mp4 or other file types even though they are the right format and other movies converted using the same 3rd party converter works and some does not.

Solution:
Alot of ppl thought that itunes was made with a defect but that is not true. The reason why itunes wont accecpt some files is because not because its defective but because of the QUALITY of the vedio output. reason some files work and others dont is because the converter being used is inconsistant (sucks specially when u pay for some of them) But this is a free solution. Alot of 3rd party converters do not scan the file b4 converting which causes alot of bad avi files to be converted. Media players in ur computer can play anyfile with the same quility becuase they have access to unlimited access to codecs but ur ipod does not. so apple designed itunes to reject files that are either of bad quality, bad speed or of bad sound. This is why u need a good converter. Ive searhed everywhere and all the answers we to use inconsistant converters that cost alot.

HERE is wat u need
http://www.download.com/Ultra-Video-To-i...cdlPid=10782604

I strongly recomand u download it its 100% free (even though it will say its a trial version whe only catch is that u can convert 1 file at a time). unlike other converters this trial version lasts forever and it lets u convert the entire video file not just the 1st 5 mins. and it leaves no watermark. The only thing u get from buying this software is that u can convert more then 1 file at a time. But this software SCANS b4 it converts and it outputs a picture perfect file which Itunes will not reject so use this(for dvds use handbrake). Hope that HELPS

If this solution works for ppl please leave a reply so i know im not the only 1 :P
