NEW Ipod 160 Video-Tv show problem

OK, i downloaded some videos and have no problem uploading them to my Ipod...but when i transfer some of them to my "TV SHOWS" section this is what happens.After i disconnect my ipod and play a clip from tv shows on my ipod...it gets deleted off my pod after i view it...but its still there in my itunes...and i try to sync it again but doesnt show....i got movies too but this only happens when i store anything to my TV show section..how can i fix this?
