have you heard about ipods downgrading quality sound? they have downgraded there quality of sound. i do not know exactly why.but i would like to know if you do?

I have also had problems with my ipod it freezes quite a bit and like 3/4s of my songs randomaly got deleted and it only left certain topics of music. I called the manufacturing and they would not let me exchange my ipod (because i do not have Itunes downloaded) i did not use iTunes i used limewire do you think thats what caused it? oh yeah i didnt tell them i used limewier ;).
