I have a bunch of videos that I would like to convert for use on mobile devices. The converting is no problem with some of the great tips I have found in these forums. My question is which would be the best resolution format for use on the widest range of mobile devices?
I realize there is no standard although mp4 looks like it will probably be playable on everything eventually. I was considering converting the clips all to IPOD 320 x 240 rather than than the 480 x 360 as other devices like Blackberry and Zune seem to have a max resolution set at the 320.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
