xBox 360 not detecting iPod

There was an issue after firmware version 1.3 was released by Apple for the 5th gen video ipods that the 360 would no longer read the ipod. the only way i found of getting round this was to use ipod wizard, copy all my songs off, revert back to factory settings on the ipod and therefore v 1.1 of the firmware and then put all my music back on which now allows my xbox to read the ipod once again. was wondering if anyone knows if since the new dashboard this has been fixed.
