Screwed up ps3 blu ray drive problem

Hey guys, got a problem with my ps3 disc drive.It will accept discs just fine and play them, but when I go to eject, it seems the mechanism doesn't lift the magnet up to release the game, I don't know how to fix this. Games and everything play fine, but this is a pain, I have to take the cover off everytime I want to switch games.

I have tried realigning it a pile of times, but it still doesn't work. Here is a video of it I have put on youtube.
