WTB: NTSC/U 60GB PS3

My sister and I have been wanting a PS3 for a while now. Right now I'm looking for a good deal. What we are looking for-

1. NTSC/U 60GB PS3 (No HDD upgrade/downgrade to 60GB- has to have the Emotion Engine.)
2. Would prefer to have all of the default items that came with the retail packaging. What really is needed is the console itself and the power cord along with a controller (no 3rd party controllers).
3. System must be clean- no dents/problems. Minor scratches are fine.
4. Price must be less than $415 including shipping.
